NICHE Program at
Einstein Medical Center Montgomery
Mary & Kate.
We love caring for geriatric patients and working to address their highly specialized health needs. As a person ages, there are separate and unique needs and struggles like dementia, delirium and falls to consider. In an effort to deliver the best care possible, we felt it was essential to train a group of nurses to specifically assess and cater to the needs of our geriatric population in order to provide the best possible patient care experience.
Through the Geriatric Resource Nurse Model for the Care of the Frail Elderly (NICHE) program, we’re training to better help our elderly population. We’ll be a lifeline for these patients and their families, and train other nurses as well.
We have a large population of geriatric patients at Einstein Montgomery. By providing valuable resources for patients and their families, we can help families better care for their loved ones at home and feel more comfortable with the level of care they’re providing.
Being able to make that difference in the lives of others is what this program is all about.
We’re proud to be part of the Society’s 40-plus years of service and Einstein’s 150-year legacy. We are Einstein.

These are some of the people who help make it happen. Whether they give six figures or a dollar per pay period, these are the real heroes of the Albert Einstein Society.
